The AHA PALS HeartCode eLearning Online Course work best using CHROME
Allow up to 4 hours to receive the online course link / keycode (usually much sooner) for all orders placed during normal business hours.
After hour orders will be processed the next day.
Expedited* processing is available if you call, 661-402-1277, and speak with a StarCPR associate ahead of time. *Additional fees may apply.
This "PALS HeartCode bundle fee" includes the following: AHA HeartCode Online Course, required skills evaluation session with instructor, as well as same day processing of your eCard
If a date/time has not already been extablished, you should continue with your registration then LIST ALL THE DATES you are available for a session when prompted during registration. Someone will contact you to confirm a date you have provided.
You must email your HeartCode Online Course completion certificates at least the night before your scheduled session. Unless previous arrangements have been approved by Star CPR.
Failure to prove that you have completed all the prequisites BEFORE the session may result in rescheduling your session. Rescheduling fees will appy.
Once you register Your Training Confirmation email, from Enrollware, will contain your receipt special instructions to email your ACLS HeartCode Online Course Completion Certificate. (please check your spam folder)
