The required online AHA HeartCode Course is NOT included with this purchase.

As soon as you register and place your order you will receive "Your Training Confirmation" email from our Enrollware Service. (check your spam folder, too). It will contain your RECEIPT and SPECIAL INSTRCTIONS on how to email your HeartCode Online Course Completion Certificate. 

Failure to verify that you have completed the AHA HeartCode Online Course, by the time your Session is scheduled to beigin, will result in rescheduling your session. Rescheduling fees will apply. BEWARE of scams and "Copy-Cat" online courses.

If your session date/time has NOT already been approved and coordinated with Star CPR,
please LIST ALL THE DATES you are available for a session, when you are registering, on the next page. We will contact you to confirm one of those dates.

Star CPR is available for clarification, and happy to help. We can not be responsible for your errors in following instructions in your Training Confirmation Email. Please read them carefully.
